We kindly ask that all cancellations or rescheduling requests be made at least 24 hours before your scheduled appointment. Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice will result in the booking fee becoming non-refundable. No-shows will forfeit the booking fee and may be required to pay a new booking fee before scheduling another appointment.
